Terms and Conditions

This agreement is made between the parties on the following terms:

1. Parties

This contract is concluded between [Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and [Customer Name] (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”).

2. Subject

The subject of this contract is to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the sale of products or services selected by the Buyer to the Buyer through the Seller’s website.

3. Ratification of the Convention

The buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement electronically when he/she accepts to purchase the products on the website. The Buyer agrees that he/she has been informed about the features, price and payment terms of the product or service.

4. Products/Services Subject to Sale

The Seller sells the products or services on the website. The products, product descriptions and prices are determined by the Seller. The Seller may take or reject orders according to the current availability of the products.

5. Price and Payment Terms

The sale price of the products is determined on the price indicated on the website. The Buyer agrees to pay for the selected product or service by the payment methods offered on the website. The form and amount of payment will be indicated at the stage of confirmation of the order.

6. Delivery

The Seller shall deliver the product to the address specified by the Buyer. Delivery time may vary depending on the type of product and shipping conditions. Delivery will be made within [a specified period] from the date of receipt of the order.

7. Right of Return and Withdrawal

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logo and other elements on the Site belong to the Seller and have intellectual property rights. The Buyer accepts the obligation not to infringe these rights.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that may arise from this Agreement shall be subject to Turkish Law and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be authorized.

11. Enforcement

This agreement enters into force upon the Buyer’s approval in electronic environment and becomes binding between the parties.
